Delivery & Returns

If you aren’t happy with any of your items upon delivery, you can hand them back to your delivery driver. You can also return your items to our shop. We will then arrange for a refund to your payment card. 

Our picking team do their absolute best to choose the best products available with the longest life left in them for you. If you are not happy with your food, you can hand it back to your driver and we’ll arrange a refund for you.

After delivery, unwanted items can be returned to The Mart Farm Shop. Simply bring your receipt and we ca replace or refund it for you. We will not accept items that are returned past their use by date. Please be aware that we do not accept change for products confirmed using our website.
