What are your opening hours?
We're open 09:00–17:00 every day of the year except Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Boxing Day hours vary — check our website or social media for seasonal updates each year.
Can I order by phone or email?
For certain products, yes — contact us directly and we'll do our best to help. Not all product lines are available this way, so get in touch to check availability.
Do you have a deli or fresh food counter?
Yes. We have both a deli counter and a fresh food counter in store, along with fresh bread baked off daily.
Do you stock food for specific dietary requirements?
We carry a wide range of gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, halal, and kosher products. Rather than grouping these into dedicated sections, they're stocked throughout the store — please check product labels or ask a member of staff if you need help locating something specific.
Do you sell alcohol?
Yes — we stock an extensive range of whisky, spirits, wine, and beer from around the world, including German beers, French wines, and Scottish spirits. If you're looking for something specific, ask in store.
Can I place a large or specialist order?
Yes. Whether you're catering for an event or tracking down a hard-to-find ingredient, speak to a duty manager in store and they'll be happy to help.

Yes — our café seats 14 and serves hot food, rolls, paninis, baked goods, and hot beverages. It's open during store hours.
